摘 要:目的探讨建立区域性大型活动卫生保障现场快速检测指标体系,为大型活动卫生保障及风险评价提供参考依据。方法选择22名专家进行Delphi咨询,对指标重要性赋分,确立餐饮食品、公共场所和生活饮用水指标体系及其权重。结果 22名专家的平均专业年龄为(17.0±7.9)年,两轮的应答率均为100%,权威系数分别为(0.85±0.07)、(0.86±0.07),协调系数分别为0.275(x^2=181.223,P=0.000),0.304(x^2=227.547,P=0.000),最终确定餐饮食品、公共场所、生活饮用水3个为一级指标,餐饮食品包括3个二级指标,9个三级指标;公共场所包括4个二级指标,10个三级指标;生活饮用水包括4个二级指标,4个三级指标,餐饮食品、公共场所、生活饮用水的平均权重依次为4.77、2.01、3.23。结论利用Delphi法建立的现场快速检测指标体系,将为区域性大型活动卫生保障和风险评价提供有效的参考依据。Objective To establish in situ detection index system during the regional large-scale activities,and provide scientific evidence for its health sanitary guarantel and risk assessment. Methods A 2- round Delphi con- sultation was used to identify suitable indicators and their weights for catering food safety,public places and drink- ing water detection during the regional largescale activities by 22 experts. Results The average length of profes- sional service of the 22 experts was (17.0±7.9)years. The response rates of the 2- round consultation were both 100%,the average coefficients of experts authorities were(0.85±0.07),(0.86±0.07),and Kendall s coefficients were 0.275( χ2=181.223, P =0.000),0.304( χ2=227-547, P =0.000). 3 first- class indicators, 11 second-class indicators and 21 thirdclass indicators were identified, the average weights of catering food,public places and drinking wa- ter indicators were 4.77,2.01,3.23. Conclusion The in sitll detection index system established by Delphi method can provide reference evidence for regional largescale activities and its risk assessment.
