上海市浦东新区宾馆洗衣房物体表面卫生现况调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解宾馆洗衣房物体表面卫生现况。方法对布草、操作桌面、布草运输车、洗衣设备、从业人员手部等环节物品表面采样送检;设计统一的调查问卷对其一般情况、卫生管理情况等内容进行调查。结果共采样品240件,样品总合格率57.1%。不同环节微生物指标合格率不全相同(x^2=51.346,P=0.000),洗衣设备合格率为89.6%,布草为80.0%,操作桌面为52.6%,布草运输车为30.0%,从业人员手部为36.4%。结论宾馆洗衣房功能区布局存在问题,环节物体表面卫生状况不佳,卫生管理不规范。Objective To understand the current situation of the hotel laundry room object surface hygiene. Method The hygienic specifications of the object surface （ including cloth , desks , cloth transports, washing equip- ments and employees＇ hands ） were monitored , and uniformed questionnaire was designed to investigate the situation of the laundry room health management . Result We collected 240 samples , and the passing rate was 57.1%. The passing rate of different segments were not all the same（χ2 =51.346,P=0.000）. The passing rate of cloth , desks , cloth transports, washing equipments and employees＇ hands was 80.0% , 89.6% , 52.6% , 30.0% , 36.4% ,respectively. Conclusion The health condition of the object surface was in bad shape.The layout of the function area and the health management of hotel laundry room were not standardized .
