摘　　要：以杭州西湖东岸城市景观规划为例,探讨中观尺度滨水自然景观与城市人工景观的关系,运用合理的视觉评价方式,从"景"和"观"两个方面分析,寻找恰当的景观提升方式和途径,就城市景观的管理提出了"景+观"双向调整、建筑高度控制、群体形态优化等一系列具有建设性、可持续的调控策略,对滨水开敞景观的城市设计方法提出了新的思考。This paper takes Hangzhou West Lake as an example and discusses the relationship between the mid-scale waterfront landscape and artificial landscape in the city.From the persectives of both viewers and objects,the author attempts to find out the best way of improvement,as well as the strategy of mutual adjustment,overall height control,urban form control.In addition,the paper alsoreflects on design methods.
