摘  要:建立人胆固醇酯转运蛋白(CETP)不同表达水平的3T3-L1脂肪前体细胞株,并进行鉴定,测定葡萄糖摄取率以及葡萄糖转运体4(GLUT4)蛋白表达水平.与对照组相比,表达CETP的3T3-L1脂肪细胞葡萄糖摄取显著增高,且此作用与CETP表达量呈正相关.胰岛素刺激后,稳定表达CETP的3T3-L1脂肪细胞GLUT4蛋白表达水平与对照组相比无显著差异.推测CETP可能通过调节脂肪细胞内胆固醇含量的变化而促进脂肪细胞的糖代谢.3T3-L1 adipocytes stably expressing different levels of human cholesterol ester transfer protein (CETP) were constructed and identified.Glucose uptake and glucose transporter 4 (GLUT4) protein levels of these cells were also measured.Insulin-stimulated 2-deoxyglucose uptake was significantly higher in 3T3-L1 adipocytes which expressed high,medium,and low levels of CETP than that in control ceils,and the elevated levels of glucose uptake were positively related with CETP expression in a dose-dependent manner.After insulin stimulation,there was no difference in GLUT4 protein expression among control cell and those expressing CETP.CETP plays a role in the regulation of glucose metabolism in adipocytes.
