摘　　要：美国是建立行政官员财产公开制度较早的国家之一。随着社会的不断发展，其制度也在不断变化，在反贪腐中起到了重要作用。There are two kinds of official property declaration: public declaration and confidential declaration. Senior officials and employees in the government, such as the president, vice president, the judges in administrative court, consultant, high-tech staff and so on, are subject to public declaration. Conf idential declaration applies to the medium and junior off icials and employees.
