摘 要:湖北某高钙、高碳型含钒石煤CaO品位为6.26%,C品位为13.44%,钒赋存在白云母中,V2O5品位为0.71%,碳质对矿物的浸染严重。针对高含量的方解石会提高湿法提钒酸耗,增加生产成本的问题,在原有湿法提钒的基础上,利用浮选预先抛除方解石,降低了酸耗,提高了湿法提钒入料的钒品位。对比了浮选脱碳和焙烧脱碳对油酸钠浮选方解石的影响,通过实验探索出了一种浮选方解石的新工艺。实验结果表明,焙烧脱碳可以消除碳质对药剂的优先吸附,提高药剂的选择性,浮选效果优于浮选脱碳;选用等可浮流程,以2#油为捕收剂浮选出部分可浮性好的方解石和白云母作为钙钒混合精矿,可浮性较差的矿物与钙钒混合精矿再分别浮选分离方解石,降低了浮选的难度和药剂的用量,提高了浮选指标,确定了焙烧脱碳-分散脱泥-2#油等可浮选-强化选钙-混合精矿钙钒分离的新工艺,通过闭路实验获得了产率为22.3%、品位为36.66%、回收率为81.8%的钙精矿,V2O5损失率为16.6%,原矿的V2O5品位由0.71%提高至0.87%的浮选指标,实现了方解石的有效抛除和钒的富集,为后续湿法提钒创造了较好的条件。The raw ore of high calcium and carbon-type vanadium beating stone coal in Hubei province contained CaO of 6.26%, C of 13.44% , V205 of 0. 71%. The vanadium occurred in mica and minerals was severely contaminated by carbon. For the high acid consumption and cost in leaching because of the existence of calcite, the technique of combining flotation with hydrometallurgy was used. On the basis of extracting vanadium from stone coal by hydrometaUurgy, flotation to pre-discarding calcite tallings was used to re- duce the acid consumption and improve the vanadium grade of feeding in hydrometallurgy. The effects of calcite flotation after flotation decarburization and roasting decarburization were compared. The results indicated that roasting decarburization was better than flotation decarburization. It could eliminate the effect of carbon on minerals and improve the selectivity of reagents. Iso-flotation was selected to reduce the difficulty of flotation and improve the flotation indexes. 2^# oil was used as collector to separate a part of calcite and mica which had better floatability than other minerals. The flowsheet of roasting decarburization-desliming-2^# oil isoflotation-enhanced flotation of calcite-separation of calcite-vanadium bulk concentrate was established. Through adopting the closed circuit flotation flowsheet, the calcite concentrate contained calcite of 36.66% and the recovery was 81.8%, while the V205 loss was 16.6%. The V205 grade was improved from 0. 72% to 0. 87%. The flowsheet could realize the effective discarding of calcite and beneficiation of V205 to provide a prerequisite for the foUow-up of the leaching.
