龙氏手法治疗儿童颈性眩晕临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察龙氏手法治疗儿童颈性眩晕的效果。方法：龙氏手法治疗40例颈性眩晕儿童，观察患儿临床疗效、血流速度和颈椎X线表现。结果：患儿痊愈31例，显效6例，有效3例，无效0例，治愈率为77.5%，愈显率为92.5%，总有效率为100%，未见不良反应；治疗后血流速度异常率显著低于治疗前（P〈0.01）；寰枢椎关节紊乱、C2-3椎关节紊乱、颈椎曲度变直均显著少于治疗前（P〈0.05）。结论：龙氏手法可消除儿童颈性眩晕的各种致病因素，安全高效，具有较高的临床实用性。Objective：To observe the curative effect of Long’s manipulation in treatment of children cervical vertigo. Methods：40 children with cer-vical vertigo were treated with Long’s manipulation and the curative effect and improvement of abnormal results of transcranial Doppler （TCD） and cervical vertebra X-ray were observed. Results：31 cases were cured, markedly effective in 6 cases, effective in 3 cases, 0 cases ineffective, the cured and markedly effective rate was 92.5%, total effective rate was 100%.The abnormal results of TCD and cervical vertebra X-ray examination were all improved （P〈0.01）. Conclusions：Long’s manipulation can eliminate all kinds of pathogenic factors of children cervical vertigo. It was a safe and ef-ficient manipulation in the treatment of children cervical vertigo and has high clinical practicability.
