壮医穴位刺血疗法治疗实热型失眠症临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察壮医穴位刺血疗法治疗实热型失眠症的疗效。方法：将60例实热型失眠症患者随机分为治疗组（30例）和对照组（30例），治疗组采用壮医穴位刺血疗法治疗，对照组给予常规针刺治疗，观察两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率高于对照组（P〈0.05），睡眠质量、入睡时间等PSQI评分及各症状评分均低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：壮医穴位刺血疗法治疗实热型失眠症疗效显著。Objective：To observe the efficacy of Zhuang medical blood-pricking therapy for insomnia of sthenia-heat type. Methods：60 cases of pa-tients with insomnia of sthenia-heat type were randomly divided into treatment group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）, the treatment group treated by Zhuang medical blood-pricking therapy, while control group by conventional acupuncture, observed the efficacy of two groups. Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）, the PSQI scores such as sleep quality, time for falling asleep and symptom scores were all lower than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Zhuang medical blood-pricking therapy has significant curative effect on insomnia of sthenia-heat type.
