摘 要:产学研联合是推进科技与经济结合、加速科技成果转化的有效途径。唐钢从管理制度的创新、丰富产学研合作形式、人才培养机制等多方面进行了有益的尝试。论述了企业不断丰富和完善产学研合作开发体系、形成自主创新与产学研结合的技术创新体系的实践以及在加快科技成果转化速度、提升技术创新能力、增强企业核心竞争力等方面取得的成效。并结合企业实际,提出了拓展产学研合作的广度和深度、不断提升合作层次和技术水平的工作方向。Combination of production,academia and research is an effective way to push forward the combination of technology and economics,and to speed up the transformation of technology into actual utilization.Tangshan Iron and Steel Group has made remarkable explorations in management system innovation,enriching industry-university-research cooperation modes and talent training mechanisms.The gradual enrichment and perfection of the industry-university-research cooperative development systems has been discussed,as well as the establishment of the techni-cal innovation systems involving both self-innovation and cooperation among the three parties,and the progresses in improving corporation core competitiveness and technical innovation.In addition,based on actual corporate practice, it puts forward the work guidelines for broadening and deepening the industry-university-research cooperative devel-opment,and improving the cooperation level and technical level.
