摘 要:在大庆油田庆45区块稠油蒸气驱生产过程中,地层的非均质性导致局部受效层温度过高,引起井底闪蒸。根据传热学和计算流体动力学理论,建立井底温度计算模型,提出闪蒸预测方法,将计算的井底温度、压力与水饱和蒸汽临界温度-压力曲线相结合,依据井底温度和压力在临界曲线上的相对位置判断井底闪蒸情况。以庆45-22-K281井为例,进行现场测试和井底闪蒸预测。预测结果与实测结果表明,闪蒸预测方法有效,为稠油蒸气驱生产井的闪蒸防治提供依据。In the production process of heavy oil production well by steam flooding in Qing 45 block, the temperature of local layer by the effect is too high for the heterogeneity of strata, which leading to bottom flash. Model of well bottom temperature and pressure, flash prediction model are established according to the basic theory of heat transfer and computational fluid dynamics, bottom temperature and pressure can be monitored by wellhead production parameters and structure parameters, and flash forecast can be achieved. With example of Qing-45-22-K281 well, field testing and bottom flash forecast are carried out. The results of predicted and measured show that the calculation error is within 5%, the prediction method of flash is effective, which can predict the situation of bottom flash of heavy oil production wells by steam flooding, and provide the basis for the flash control of heavy oil production wells by steam flooding.
