大连市“十二五”机动车氮氧化物控制对策研究

摘　　要：以2010年大连市污染源普查数据为基础,对大连市机动车保有量和氮氧化物排放量进行核算,预测了"十二五"大连市机动车氮氧化物新增排放量,并从机动车淘汰、油品替代、加强管理、油改气四个方面进行机动车氮氧化物减排量核算,以期为大连市机动车氮氧化物减排工作提供控制对策。Based on the data of Dalian Pollution Source Census in 2010, this paper calculated the vehicular quantity and nitrogen oxides emission of Dalian city, forecasted vehicular nitrogen oxides new emission of Dalian city in ＂the 12th Five-Year Plan＂ and counted the vehicular nitrogen oxides emission from four aspects： vehicles elimination, gas replacement, strengthening management and oil to gas, in order to provide some countermeasures on vehicular nitrogen oxides emis- sion reduction in Dalian city.
