摘　　要：空化射流方式是指根据流体动力学领域中的"空化效应"(也称空穴效应)原理,设计制造管道清洗除垢器来进行管道清洗。该清洗方式比较适合油田输水管线、电厂排灰管线等长距离输送管线除垢,除垢过程中不使用化学品没有清洗废液排放,清洗方式环保。无论从环保方面还是从经济性考虑,快速发展应用空穴射流清洗技术都是非常有必要的。The cavitating water jet is based on cavity effect in field of fluid dynamics. It designs and manufactures the scale removal pipeline device to clean the pipeline. The method suits oilfield transmission water supply pipeline, removing ash pipeline in power plants and such long - distance transportation pipeline. The chemicals won＇ t be used in the process of scale removal and there will be no cleaning effluent. The method of cleaning is environmental. The application prospect of cleaning tech- nology in cavitations water jets is worthy fast developing and popularization whether in environment or economy.
