摘 要:目的探索一种复发率低、简易可行的翼状胬肉手术方式,规范翼状胬肉的治疗。方法采用回顾性分析的方法统计中国期刊网近年翼状胬肉不同手术方式的研究结果,研究对象分为6组:单纯切除组、结膜移植组、羊膜移植组、羊膜移植+丝裂霉素C(mitomycin C,MMC)浸润组、角膜缘干细胞(limbal stem cell,LSC)移植组、角膜缘干细胞移植(LSC)+MMC浸润组,同时对临床常用的3种不同手术方式进行临床观察对比研究。所有数据采用SPSS19.0统计软件分析。结果翼状胬肉6种手术方式的复发率总体比较差异有显著统计学意义(χ2=133.260,P<0.001),其中单纯切除术(20.00%)、结膜移植术(46.15%)与其他术式间复发率差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05);羊膜移植术、羊膜移植+MMC术、角膜缘LSC移植术两两组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05);角膜缘LSC移植+MMC术的术后复发率最低(0.36%)。结论角膜缘LSC移植+MMC术是一种复发率低、可进行临床推广治疗翼状胬肉的有效术式。Objective To explore a lower-recurrence and feasible surgery for pterygium treatment,which will be a standard and effect methods in clinical in the future. Methods A total of six documents selected as a reference baseline,which was found from www. cnki. net. All the cases were divide into 6 groups according to surgical methods: simple excision group,conjunctival graft group,amniotic membrane transplantation group,amniotic graft and mitomycin C group,limbal stem cells( LSC) transplantation group,LSC graft and mitomycin C( MMC) group. Retrospective analysis was used to analyze the data of all the cases. And the same time,a contrastive analysis of three clinical conventional types of surgeries was observed. All the data was handled by SPSS 19. 0. Results It was found that the recurrence among the six groups was statistical different( χ2 = 133. 260,P &lt; 0. 001), and statistically significant difference was found among conjunctival graft( 46. 15%),simple excision( 20. 00%) and others( all P &lt; 0. 05). Then,amniotic membrane transplantation,amniotic membrane transplantation combined with MMC as well as LSC transplantation combined with MMC was not statistically significant( all P &gt; 0. 05). However,LSC transplantation combined with MMC was proved a treatment method for Pterygium,which had the lowest recurrence( 0. 36%). Conclusion It is certificated that LSC transplantation combined with MMC is an effective and lower-recurrence method for pterygium treatment,is worthy for clinical use.
