摘 要:以喷射成型法及热压处理工艺制备了Al-13%Si-2Cu-0.5Y铝硅合金,并进行了显微组织、密度、平均空隙面积的测试分析。结果表明:利用喷射成型法直接制备出的Al-13%Si-2Cu-0.5Y铝硅合金晶粒较为细小,但在晶界处存在较多的空隙或孔洞;经过热压处理后的Al-13%Si-2Cu-0.5Y铝硅合金无明显的空隙或孔洞,合金更为致密均匀,密度增大3.11%、平均空隙面积减少38.92%。Al-13%Si-2Cu-0.5Y alloys for auto motor were prepared by the method of spay forming and autoclave, and the microstructure, density, average void fraction area and mechanical properties of the samples were tested and analyzed. The results show that the grains of Al-13%Si-2Cu-0.5Y alloy prepared using direct injection molding are relatively small, but there are more gaps or holes in grain boundary. After heat treatment, Al-13%Si-2Cu-0.5Y alloy has no obvious gaps or holes, and the alloy is more uniform density, the density is increased by 3.11%, the average gap area is reduced by 38.92%
