青铜浮雕艺术铸造工艺中转移涂料法的应用

摘　　要：通过调整自硬涂料的性能,成功地将水玻璃砂造型和水基自硬转移涂料法结合起来,开发出一种青铜工艺品制作的新工艺。探讨了涂料成分、樱花时间、喷涂工艺和填砂造型对自硬转移涂料法和涂层质量的影响。通过浇注试验证明该新工艺弥补了传统砂型铸造的不足,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。A kind of new process of production the bronze artwares was developed by adjusting the self-hardening coating performance combined sodium silicate-bonded sand modeling and water-based self-hardening transfer coating method. The influences of coating composition, cherry time, spraying technology and sand filling modeling on self-hardening transfer coating method and coating quality were explored. The results show that this new technology make up the insufficient of traditional sand casting, improve the production efficiency and reduce the production costs.
