摘  要:采用ANSYS软件建立了超厚钢板淬火过程的温度场有限元分析模型,重点研究了截面温度在不同表面冷却速度下的变化。结果表明:随着表面冷却速度的增大,超厚板料的截面温差逐渐增大,但受到板料传热能力的限制,截面温差在冷速过大时不再增加。随着表面冷速的增加,高温区的心部冷速逐渐增大,但增幅变小并出现极值,而中温区平均冷速基本保持不变。The temperature field finite element analysis model of thick steel plate in the quenching process was established by ANSYS software, the change of cross-section temperature at different cooling rate was studied. The results show that the section temperature difference of thick sheet increase with the cooling rate of surface increases, but limited by the heat transfer capabilities of sheet, when the cooling rate is too large, the temperature difference does not increase. With the increase of surface cooling rate, the center cooling rate in the high temperature area increases, but the increase is smaller and emergence of the extreme value, while the average cooling rate in the intermediate temperature zone remained unchanged.
