摘  要:含钒页岩焙烧用回转窑损坏的主要因素之一是因回转窑内部存在较高的温度和较大的温度梯度而导致窑内部存在较高的热应力引起的。从流体力学与传热的角度出发,利用Fluent软件对回转窑进行流体流动与传热模拟。将温度场模拟结果导入Ansys中作节点插值,然后计算回转窑的热应力。结果表明,回转窑热应力最大的地方就是回转窑耐火砖最先破损的地方。分析结果为评估热应力的危害性提供了保证,并为回转窑筒体的设计和优化提供理论指导。It is a factor to rotary kiln damaged that the rotary kiln exist higher thermal stress because of high temperature and large temperature gradient. From the perspective of computational fluid mechanics and heat transfer, the flow field and temperature field for rotary kiln was calculated using Fluent software. Then the result of temperature field that was calculated using Fluent software was imported as the node interpolation of Ansys, and calculating the thermal stress of rotary kiln. The results show that the position of the largest thermal stress is the first damaged areas in the rotary kiln. The analysis results provide the guarantee for the evaluation of the thermal stress hazardous, as well as provide theoretical guidance for the optimization design of rotary kiln cylinder.
