摘　　要：为研究立式砂温调节器的换热单元的设计方法,建立了一种型砂换热模型,型砂与管道之间以热传导形式换热,采用一维非稳态传热方式求解;分析了砂温调节器换热单元的结构参数,以型砂处理量为5 t的情况说明了换热单元的设计过程。To study the design method of heat exchange unit of the vertical sand temperature regulator, a sand heat transfer model between the sand and the heat pipe was established, where heat exchang was heat conduction, the unsteady heat transfer was solved using a one-dimensional heat exchange way. The structural parameters of the heat exchanger of sand temperature regulator unit were analyzed. Taking the case of 5 t sand, the design process for the thermal unit was described.
