摘　　要：结合具体的生产线,将空气幕技术应用到了消失模浇注工位的除尘上。设计了适合该生产线的气幕装置和收尘装置。有效解决了消失模浇注工位因为烟气量大、烟气上升速度快而无法有效除尘的问题。The method of using air curtain to collect dusts in EPC pouring station was introduced. A new air curtain installation and dust collection installation was designed. At last the poor dust problem in EPC pouring station because of a large quantity of gas and very fast rising velocity was solved.
