摘 要:研制了一套高精度的金属液流动性检测装置,设计了基于单片机的控制系统;以恒定的浇注温度及压力,完成了合金液的自动浇注。较常规的采用螺旋试样法的流动性检测装置,其准确度、可重复性均显著提升。以该装置来探究Al合金液的浇注温度与其流动性之间的相关性;发现提升浇注温度,其流动性呈逐渐上升趋势,增幅最大值为17 mm/℃。Developing a high-precision detection device for the fluidity of liquid metal, designing a control system based on single-chip, automatic pouring of liquid alloy was completed with constant temperature and pressure. Compared with conventional fluidity detection apparatus with spiral sample method, its measurement accuracy and repeatability are improved significantly. Explored the correlation between Al-alloy liquid pouring temperature and its fluidity measured by this device, find that the fluidity increases gradually with the increase of pouring temperature, the max gain is 17 mm/ ℃.
