摘  要:利用计算机仿真软件模拟Zn合金铸件的充型过程;发现内浇道对合金液流态、充型顺序产生直接影响。根据仿真结果,对原浇注方案进行改进;经实践验证,以优化后的工艺方案制备Zn合金薄壁铸件;铸件气泡、流痕等缺陷消除。计算机仿真可准确预测铸造缺陷的形成部位;为工艺方案的优化提供参考依据。The filling process of Zn alloy casting was simulated using computer simulation software, it is found that the ingate affected the flow state, filling sequence of liquid alloy. According to the simulation results, the original casting plan was optimized. The practice results show that casting bubbles, flow marks and other defects were eliminated. Computer simulation can predict the position of casting defects and provide some references for process optimization.
