摘  要:为了有效阻缓泥岩中压力传递及滤液侵入,提高泥岩井壁稳定性,研制了高效铝基防塌剂腐殖酸铝(HA-Al).泥岩压力传递和半透膜效率测试结果表明,腐殖酸铝较聚合醇、硅酸钠(模数2.8)、沥青更能有效阻缓泥岩中的压力传递,较聚合醇、硅酸钠(模数2.8)更能有效提高泥岩半透膜效率.与其作用后的泥岩样品中传递1 MPa的压差需要约为20 h,较作用前的泥岩(约为1.5h)有大幅度提高,泥岩两侧的渗透压也由初始的1.28 MPa增至3.60 MPa.借助核磁、扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱测试结果可知,腐殖酸铝可通过在泥岩表面孔隙中形成团絮状沉淀,对泥岩表层0~ 1.5 mm范围内孔隙进行充填封堵(封固),封堵层更为致密,腐殖酸铝是一种高效的封堵防塌剂.A novel high-efficiency anti-sloughing agent (shale stabilizer) composed of humic acid and aluminum (HA-Al) was devel- oped for effectively reducing pore pressure transmission and filtrate invasion, further enhancing wellbore stability in shale. The resuits of pore pressure transmission and semipermeable membrane efficiency tests show that it takes approximately 20 h to transmit 1 MPa pressure difference in shale after HA-Al treatment, which was significantly increased compared with that before HA-Al treat ment. The osmotic pressure induced in shale increased from 1.28 before HA-Al treatment to 3.60 MPa after HA-Al treatment, suggesting that HA-Al can more effectively prevent pressure transmission and improve semipermeable membrane efficiency in shale/ mudstone than poly alcohol and sodium silicate. Nuclear magnetic resonance, scanning electron microscopy, and energy dispersive spectrometry data show that HA-Al can fill and block (seal) shale pores to the depth of 0-1.5 mm through flocculent precipitation in surface pores, with particularly lower permeability in the blocking layer. In conclusion, HA Al is a highly efficient blocking antisloughing agent for shale/mudstone stabilization.
