摘 要:目的:考察简明青少年分离体验量表中文版(A-DES-T)在中国青少年中应用的信效度.方法:在5·12汶川地震3.5年后抽取灾区的青少年1 466例,施测A-DES-T、埃森儿童青少年创伤问卷(ETI-KJ)与症状自评量表(SCL-90),共回收A-DES-T有效数据1 292份.结果:对A-DES-T的探索性因素分析得到一个公因子,该因子解释了总变异的50.94%;验证性因素分析结果表明A-DES-T的单因子结构能良好地拟合数据(x2/df=4.01,CFI=0.96,NFI=0.94,NNFI=0.94,RMSEA=0.07,SRMR=0.04);A-DES-T的内部一致性系数为0 84,4周后的重测信度为0.86;被试者在A-DES-T上的得分与SCL-90的十个因子及总均分呈显著正相关(r=0.53~0.68);非PTSD组、疑似PTSD组、准PTSD组在A-DES-T上的得分依次增高,且有显著差异(F=132.34,P<0 001).结论:A-DES-T在汶川地震灾区抽取的11~18岁的青少年中具有良好的信度与效度,可在我国推广使用.Objective: To test the reliability and validity of the Adolescent Dissociative Experiences Scale Taxon (A-DES-T) in Chinese adolescents. Methods: Mental health state of 1466 students was assessed at about 3.5 years after they survived in the 5 ~ 12 Wenchuan Earthquake, and valid data of 1292 teenagers were obtained. The A-DES-T, Essen Trauma Inventory for Kids and Juvenile (ETI-KJ) and Symptom Checklist (SCL-90) were used for the evaluation. Results: One factor was extracted after the exploratory factor analysis. The results of confirma- tory factor analysis supported the one-factor construction (x2/df=4.01, CFI=0.96, NFI=0.94, NNFI=0.94, RMSEA=0.07, SRMR=0.04). The internal consistency coefficient Cronbach's alpha of A-DES-T was 0.84, and the test-retest reliability coefficient was 0.86. A-DES-T scores had a moderate positive significant correlation with 10 factors and global severity index (GSI) of SCL-90 (r=0.53-0.68), and participants with different levels of PTSD symptoms scored significantly different on the A-DES-T (F=132.34, P〈0.001). The more PTSD symptoms the teenagers had, the higher score they got on A-DES-T. Conclusion: A-DES-T showed good reliability and validity in adolescents aged from 11 to 18, who survived the 5-12 Wenchuan earthquake, and could be used in our coun- try.
