摘  要:电力是钢铁企业生产中的一种重要能源,在整个流程的作业中具有举足轻重的地位。由于钢铁企业电力主要来源于两个部分,一个是自发电,另一个是外购电,如何合理搭配它们之间的比例就尤为重要。开展科学合理的电力生产和分析,对于电力生产调度、减少企业的经济成本,是一项很重要的工作。运用二分查找算法对钢铁联合企业的电力进行分析,阐述了其原理,并通过实例应用,说明该钢铁企业外购电比例为29.5%为最经济,与企业实际情况相符合。Electricity is an important energy in the production process of iron and steel factory,which plays a decisive role in the flow of operation.Electricity mainly comes from two origins,one is self-generating electricity of the enterprise,and the other one is outsourcing electricity.How to reasonably allocate the ratio between them is particularly important.Carrying out scientific and rational power production and analysis is a very important task for production scheduling and reducing economic costs.The power of iron and steel complex was analysed using binary search algorithm,and its principle was expounded.Through the illustration of the application of an example,it shows that the outsourcing electricity accounting for 29.5%is the most cost-optimal condition,which coincides with the actual situation.
