摘 要:钢渣热闷处理加工技术是实现钢渣"零排放",解决钢渣堆存占地及对环境污染,提高钢厂经济效益的先进技术。随着中国政府对节能减排的重视,发布了一系列扶持政策,钢渣的加工回收利用越来越被各大钢厂所重视,但钢渣加工生产线在回收资源的同时,也产生了粉尘的污染,目前基本没有类似的研究和总结。对钢渣加工生产线的尘源的位置和特点进行了分析,并提出了相应的控制措施,为实现钢渣资源化利用过程中的粉尘控制提供了方法和依据。The steel slag self-slaking process by pyrolytic and processing technology is an advanced technology to achieve"zero discharge"to solve steel slag storage area and environmental pollution and to improve economic benefits.Along with Chinese government's strong attention to energy saving and emission reduction and the issue of a series of supportive policies,major iron and steel enterprises paid more and more attention to the recovery of steel slag processing and utilization.However,the steel slag processing production line also generates dust pollution in the recycling of resources at the same time,and there are almost no similar study and summary at the present time.The dust source of the steel slag processing production line was analyzed,and it puts forward the corresponding control measures of dust during the resource utilization of steel slag.
