摘　　要：目的探讨≥70岁患者治疗性逆行胰胆管造影术(ERCP)的护理。方法对我科2年来行治疗性ERCP的27例高龄患者的护理进行回顾分析和总结。结果 27例患者中,成功完成25例,成功率92.6%。发生并发症7例,急性胰腺炎7例,经积极的对症处理后均治愈,无1例因护理不当发生并发症。结论术前用心准备、术中细心监护、术后精心护理,配合积极有效的处理是减少并发症、保证治疗成功的关键。Objective To investigate the nursing of therapeutic endoscopic retrograde cholangio pancreatography（ERCP） in patients who are greater than or equal to 70 years of age. Methods The nursing of elderly patients with 27 cases in our department in recent 2 years for treatment of ERCP were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results In the 27 patients, 25 cases were successful, with the success rate of 92.6%.Complications occurred in 7 cases,the upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in 0 cases,acute pancreatitis in 7 cases,positive after symptomatic treatment were cured,and no case of complications due to improper care. Conclusions Preoperative preparation,intraoperative careful care, postoperative care, effective treatmentare, the keys to the reducing comlications and the successful treatment.
