摘　　要：目的通过对行业协会开展药品经营企业互检模式的研究,探求改进和加强行业协会参与公共治理的方式和手段,实现多元化治理。方法以抚顺县药品行业协会互检模式为研究对象,通过行业互检模式与政府监管模式对比分析,对地方医药行业协会参与社会治理的作用进行分析,找出优势及存在问题,并提出对策建议。结果与结论为促进行业协会互检活动可持续开展,应采取增强行业协会独立自主性,建立完善的行业自律管理体系,建立人才经费长效保障体系等相应措施,并不断完善行业协会互检模式。Objective To investigate the pattern of mutual inspection in pharmaceutical trading enterprises organized by profession associations, to strive to continuously improve the ways the profession associations involve in public governance, and to realize multi-dimensional administration. Methods The mutual inspection mode of Fushun County Pharmaceutical Profession Association was taken as the research object. By comparing the mutual inspection mode and the government regulation mode, the role of local pharmaceutical profession association in pablic governance was analyzed to find out the advantages and problems, and suggestions were proposed accordingly. Results and Conclusion In order to promote the sustainable development of mutual inspection activities organized by profession associations, measures should be taken to enhance the independence of the associations, to establish and perfect the self-discipline management system and talent ＆ fund long-term security system, to constantly improve the mutual inspection mode of profession associations.
