抗菌药物临床应用专项整治工作模式的探索实践

摘　　要：目的探讨抗菌药物临床应用专项整治工作模式,为建立合理用药的长效工作机制提供借鉴。方法总结已开展的工作,分析建立抗菌药物管理的组织机构、加强抗菌药物购用管理、建立多渠道沟通方式、推进建设电子信息系统等管理措施的有效性。结果通过持续开展抗菌药物专项整治活动,全院抗菌药物使用量下降,用药合理性得到改善,管理、医技、临床各部门加强合作,医院的建设与管理水平得到持续改进。结论该探索实践活动有效地完善了医院用药管理体系,加强了院内多部门的合作,建立了合理用药的长效沟通机制,可有效提高医院抗菌药物应用合理性,为进一步管理、规范其他品种药物应用提供了一种可参考的工作模式。Objective To explore a work mode in special rectification of clinical application of antimicrobials, thus promoting the establishment of a sustained work mode for administration of rational drug use. Methods The current working methods were summarized. The efficiency of different management measures was analyzed, including establishing a complete administration system, enhancing management of purchase and use of drugs, adjusting the catalogue of antimicrobials, setting up multi-way communication and promoting the construction of an electronic information system. Results Through the consistent implementation of special rectification of clinical application of antimicrobials, the usage of antimicrobials was decreased and the rationality was improved in our hospital. The cooperation of multi- departments was strengthened. And the level of hospital management was continuously improved. Conclusion This exploration and practice contributed to the establishment of a complete drug administration system, enhanced multi department cooperation and set up a sustaining communication process, and consequently improved the rational use of antimicrobials. It provided a reference work mode for management of drugs of antimicrobials.
