中药房现代化管理模式探讨与构想

摘　　要：目的探讨中药房现代化管理模式,为规范和完善中药房信息系统,充分发挥药房信息管理系统的作用提供参考。方法介绍我院中药房实施信息化管理所带来的优势与存在的问题,提出改进措施。结果医院从硬件和软件两个方面重新对中药房进行布局和建设,已经初步实现了药品信息现代化、中药房设备现代化和代煎中药患者取药信息现代化。今后还要开发应用药品条码管理系统、建立不合理用药拦截系统。结论现代化中药房管理模式能整体提高中药房的工作效率和工作质量,降低医疗差错,彻底改变传统中药房的工作模式和工作环境。Objective To investigate modern management mode for pharmacy, and provide reference to standardize and improve pharmacy information system and give full play to the role of management information system. Methods Advantages and problems in implementing information management of pharmacy in our hospital were introduced, and the measures for improvement were put forward. Results The hospital reconstructed the traditional Chinese pharmacy from both the hardware and software aspects. The modernization of drug information, pharmacy equipment, decoction service and drug dispense was preliminarily established. In the future, drug barcode management system and interception system for irrational drug use will be developed and adopted. Conclusion Modern pharmacy management mode can improve the work efficiency and quality of the whole department, reduce medical errors, completely change the working mode and environment of the traditional TCM pharmacy.
