摘  要:[目的]优选祛风颗粒的提取工艺条件.[方法]以黄芩苷和葛根素的综合保留率为指标,采用正交试验法对祛风颗粒的提取工艺条件进行优选.[结果]祛风颗粒的最佳提取工艺:加水于100℃提取3次,每次分别加入8,6,6倍量水,提取时间分别为120,90,90min.[结论]优选工艺条件下,祛风颗粒有效成分的综合保留率高,具有重现性.OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process condition from the Qufeng granules.METHODS According to the synthesized retention rate of puerarin and baicalin as Index,the extraction process condition from the Qufeng granules were optimized by orthogonal test.RESULTS The optimal extraction process condition form the the Qufeng granules was adding 8,6and 6time quantity of water at100℃for 3times,and the extraction time was 120,90 and 90min,respectively.CONCLUSIONUnder the optimized extraction process condition,synthesized retention rate of effective constituent of the Qufeng granules is high,and has a reproducibility.
