支气管哮喘急性发作与C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-8及细胞间黏附分子-1的关系

摘　　要：[目的]探讨C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素(IL)-8及细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)与支气管哮喘急性发作的关系.[方法]采集哮喘急性发作组及缓解组患者静脉血,离心后取血清,利用免疫透射比浊法检测CRP水平,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定IL-8及ICAM-1水平,以28例健康体格检查者作为对照组.[结果]哮喘急性发作组血清CRP,IL-8及ICAM-1水平较缓解组及对照组均明显升高(P<0.01),缓解组血清IL-8和ICAM-1水平与对照组比较均显著增高(P<0.01).[结论]血清CRP,IL-8及ICAM-1水平检测可作为支气管哮喘急性发作期病情分期评估指标.OBJECTIVE To study the relationship of C reactive protein（CRP）,interleukin（IL）-8and intercellular cell adhesion molecule（ICAM）-1with acute attack of bronchial asthma.METHODSSerums from vein blood were collected from patients in acute attack group and anesis group,and the contents of CRP were measured by transmitted immunoturbidimetry assay,and one of IL-8and ICAM-1were measured by ELISA,and serums from vein blood were collected from 28 healthy subjects as control group.RESULTS The contents of CRP,IL-8and ICAM-1were significantly higher in acute attack group than in anesis and control groups（P〈0.01）,and the contents of IL-8and ICAM-1were significantly higher in anesis group than in control group（P〈0.01）.CONCLUSIONDetection of serum CRP,IL-8and ICAM-1can serve as dependable evaluating indexs of acute attack of bronchial asthma.
