摘　　要：论述了电视机气辅模具的设计思路和要点 ,对两种进气方式进行了比较 ,对常用的气道截面形状及尺寸参数进行了总结 ,并介绍了目前气体辅助注塑成型工艺中的难点及其CAE分析技术。The design idea and essentials if TV cabinet mould based on gas-assisted injection molding (GAM) were discussed. The two kinds of pumping gas manners were compared with. The section shape and size parameters of the general gas channel were also summarized. The difficulties of the GAIM process and their CAE analysis techniques were introduced.
