摘　　要：目的了解凉山州艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)门诊的工作情况,以及艾滋病阳性检出情况,提出针对性防控措施。方法利用2008-2012年凉山州VCT资料,比较不同年份、不同人群VCT情况和艾滋病病毒(HIV)阳性检出率。结果 2008-2012年,凉山州VCT门诊求询者34 579人,各年分别为:6860人、2816人、5228人、6914人、5847人。女性的VCT比例呈逐年上升的趋势,到2012年接近50%;全州VCT门诊求询人员接受HIV检测的比例各年均超过了90%。各年HIV阳性检出率分别为10.1%、8.5%、8.0%、6.3%、8.2%;高危性行为人群HIV检出率分别为3.9%、4.3%、4.4%、3.6%、7.5%,注射吸毒人群HIV检出率分别为57.4%、32.8%、37.1%、25.6%、26.9%。结论凉山州VCT门诊长期保持较高的人群覆盖和HIV阳性发现率,艾滋病疫情防控形势严峻。Objective To investigate the condition of voluntary counseling and testing （VCT） clinics and positive rate of HIV antibody in Liangshan, and put forward targeted prevention and control measures. Methods The condition of VCT and HIV detection rates were compared by different year and different populations using VCT data of Liangshan in 2008-2012. Results There were 34579 VCT consulters in Liangshan in 2008-2012, which were 6860, 2816, 5228 , 6914 and 5847 at each year. The proportion of female VCT consulters increased, reaching to nearly 50 percent in 2012. The proportion of HIV detection in VCT consulters was more than 90 percent in every year. HIV positive rates in each year were 10.1%, 8.5%, 8.0%, 6.3% and 8.2%, respectively. HIV positive rates in highrisk sexual behavior population were 3.9 %, 4.3 %, 4.4 %, 3.6 % and 7.5 %, respectively. HIV positive rates among injection drug users were 57.4%, 32.8%, 37.1%, 25.6% and 26.9%, respectively. Conclusions VCT clinics keep high coverage of population and high HIV positive rate in Liangshan. It is critical for prevention and control of AIDS epidemic.
