摘　　要：目的观察10%高效氯氰菊酯悬浮剂常量喷雾施药对灾区积水蚊幼虫的杀灭效果,为震后蚊虫防治提供依据。方法选择灾区永星村两处蚊幼虫密度较高的积水,分别用10%氯氰菊酯悬浮剂500倍稀释水溶液进行施药处理与对照观察评价杀灭蚊幼效果。结果施药后10 min杀幼率达到99.04%,60 min杀幼率达到100%,在施药后6 h(360 min)杀幼率仍为100%。结论 10%氯氰菊酯悬浮剂500倍稀释水溶液对积水蚊幼虫有非常显著的杀灭效果。Objective To observe the effect of full coverage spray of 10% high performance cypermethrin suspending agents on killing mosquito larvae in stagnant water in disaster areas and provide the basis for post-earthquake mosquito control.Methods Two sites with stagnant water with high densities of mosquito larvae in Yongxin village were selected as treatment group treated with 500-fold diluted solution of 10% cypermethrin suspending agent and control group without treatment respectively to observe and evaluate the effect of mosquito larvae killing.Results The kill ratio of mosquito larvae reached 99.04% at 10 min and 100% at 60 min after spraying,and was still 100 %at 6 h（360 min） after spraying.Conclusion 500-fold diluted solutions of 10% cypermethrin suspending agent held significant effect on killing mosquito larvae in stagnant water.
