摘　　要：随着冠状动脉介入治疗（percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI）技术的进展,介入医生不断挑战复杂病变,完全闭塞病变是PCI治疗最具挑战的病变之一。在完成完全闭塞病变的PCI治疗中,应用微导管作远端病变造影是常用的手段,已为广大介入医生所熟知。本例是于前降支（LAD）CTO病变介入治疗中,通过对使用过的1.25mm×12mm的Sprinter Legend RX预扩张球囊进行改良,置于病变远端完成血管造影,并清晰显示了远端血流,为顺利结束手术提供了帮助,并节省了医疗费用,可为介入医生借鉴。During the procedure of percutaneous coronary intervention of a chronic total occluded left anterior descending coronary artery,we improved the Sprinter Legend RX balloon（size：1.25mm×12mm）to replace microcatheter and performed the coronary angiography of distal coronary artery by the improved balloon successfully.Using improved balloon to replace microcatheter not only reduce the volume of contrast agent,but also reduce the medicine cost.
