摘  要:在Gleeble.1500型热模拟机上对超高强Cr-Co-Mo-Ni—W不锈钢进行了等温等应变速率的热压缩试验,试验条件为900℃≤T≤1150℃、0.01s-1≤ε≤10s-1。根据试验所采集的数据,绘制了高温下应力-应变关系曲线;并观察了变形后试样的显微组织;通过计算建立了材料热变形本构方程。结果表明:材料的流动应力随变形温度的升高而降低,随应变速率的增大而增大;动态回复和动态再结晶分别在材料变形的不同阶段起主导作用;超高强Cr-Co—Mo-Ni-W不锈钢的再结晶温度在1100~1150℃,其热变形激活能值为318.5kJ/mol。The hot compression tests of Cr-Co-Mo-Ni-W ultra-high strength stainless steel were studied on Gleeble-1500 simulator under constant temperature and constant strain rate. The ranges of temperature and strain rates are 900-1150℃ and 0.01-10 s-1. The true compressive stress v.s. true strain curves was obtained, and the the morphology of hot deformation microstructure were observed, and the hot deformation equation was established. The results show that the flow stress decreases with deformation temperature rising and increases with swain rate growing. The dynamic recovery and dynamic recrystallization works at different conditions. The recrystallization occurs when the deformation temperature is 1100-1150℃. The activation energy of deformation is 318.5 kJ/mol.
