摘 要:研究了鳞片石墨粉制备高体积分数铝石墨复合材料的工艺。利用石蜡作为石墨预制块粘结剂。研究预制块中石墨层面取向,通过压力渗透法沿着石墨层面方向渗入铝液,制备出热物理性能较好的铝石墨复合材料。通过仪器测试得到体积分数为65%铝石墨复合材料的热导率和热膨胀系数分别为511.558W/(m·K)(20℃)和12.973×10-6K-1(50~150℃)。The preparation of high volume fraction aluminum scale graphite composite was studied. Taking paraffin as a binder in making prefabricated blocks of graphite, a research on the level orientation of graphite prefabricated block was carried out. Under the pressure, the molten aluminum infiltrating along the direction of level orientation of the graphite was carded out. The aluminum graphite composite with better thermo-physical properties can be obtained. By instrument test, the thermal conductivity and thermal expansion coefficient of volume fraction of 65% aluminum graphite composite is 511.558W/(m·K)(20℃)和12.973×10-6K-1(50~150℃).
