摘 要:对2Cr13渗氮处理和送料槽板试样进行了硬度、耐磨性和冲击韧度等对比实验。结果表明,2Cr13渗氮可获得很高的表面硬度和耐磨性,表面硬度可达1000 HV,相当于69~70 HRC。与冷作模具钢Cr12MoV制造的槽板相比,2Cr13渗氮槽板制造成本低廉,使用寿命不低于进口件。The experiments on surface hardness, wear resistance, impact toughness comparison between 2Cr13 nitriding specimen and wire feeding bar specimen were carried out. The results show that, higher surface hardness and wear resistance of 2Cr13 can be obtained after nitriding treatment; its surface hardness is up to 1000 HV which is equivalent to 69 HRC-70 HRC. Compared with wire feeding bar made of cold work die steel Cr12 MoV, 2Cr13 nitriding wire feeding bar has a lower manufacturing cost, but its use life is better than that of the imported one.
