摘  要:闸板是泵和阀中的关键部件,12Cr13闸板在中间通孔处被发现断裂。从化学成分、力学性能、金相和显微硬度等方面对此进行检验。结果表明,闸板材料的抗拉强度,屈服强度和冲击功不符合设计要求标准,合金层析出硬质相。由于基体材料与合金层材料线膨胀系数和弹性模量不相同,高速流体对闸板通孔的内压引起合金层存在张应力与合金层内残余应力叠加,导致裂纹并最终断裂。Gate is a key part in pump and valve. 12Cr13 gate fractures unexpectedly during the operation in the middle hole. The chemical composition, mechanical properties, metallurgical inspection and scanning electron microscopy observation for failure analysis were conducted on damaged gate. The results show that the tensile strength, yield strength and impact energy of gate do not comply with the design requirements. Due to the different linear expansion coefficient and elastic modulus of matrix material and spraying coating, the internal pressure induced by high-velocity fluid in the middle hole of valve plate gives rise to tensile stress in spraying coating in addition to residual stress in the layer overlaying, and eventually leading to crack fracture.
