摘  要:采用气相色谱-质谱联用检测技术,建立人尿中2-氨基-N-乙基-1-苯基丁烷兴奋剂的检测方法。样品采用碱性条件下液-液分配提取,以Hp-5(17 m×0.2 mm×0.33μm)色谱柱分离,质谱检测,Scan方式采集。按照世界反兴奋剂机构(WADA)认可实验室方法验证程序进行验证,该方法的检测限为20 ng/mL,回收率为70%~108%(n=6),精密度RSD为2.2%,满足常规检测要求。The method was established for detecting 2-amino-N-ethyl-1-phenylbutane in human urine.The urine sample was prepared by liquid-liquid extraction in alkaline solution and separated with Hp-5(17 m×0.2 mm×0.33 μm)column and detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry in SIM mode.The method was evaluated according to the requirements of World Anti-Doping Agency.The detection limit for target analyte was 20ng/mL.The recovery and precision were 70-108%(n = 6)and2.2%,respectively.It was concluded that the method was suitable for routine doping control.
