摘　　要：利用德尔菲法,经过两轮专家咨询建立社区卫生信息系统建设绩效评价指标体系,包括6个1级指标、18个2级指标和59个3级指标,利用层次分析法确定权重,最后根据相关指标提出对策建议。Using Delphi method, performance evaluation index system of community health information system is constructed through two rounds of expert consultation, including 6 first level indexes, 18 secondary level indexes and 59 third level indexes, the weights of the indexes are determined using analytic hierarchy process. Advices are put forward according to related indexes at last.
