摘　　要：目的:寻求一种简单快速的方法鉴定自身免疫性溶血性贫血(AIHA)患者的疑难血型,试图解决这一现有的行业困难。方法:采用柠檬酸钠溶液抑制AIHA患者血型鉴定中易于发生的红细胞非特异性凝集,使血型鉴定结果得以正确判断。结果:连续3例AIHA疑难血型鉴定获得正反定型一致的结果,有效配合了紧急的输血与治疗。结论:对于AIHA患者的疑难血型鉴定,柠檬酸钠法可以解决非特异性凝集所致的血型正反定型不符,操作难易程度与常规法血型鉴定相当,值得进一步研究与推广应用。Objective：To find a fast and simple way to perform blood typing for patients with autoimmune hemolytic anemia（AIHA）, and resolve such difficulty existed in this field. Method： By eliminating RBC nonspecific aggregation using sodium citrate, correct typing result could be obtained. Result..In three consecutive AIHA cases, blood typing results were consistent with both forward and reverse typing methods, enabling effective and efficient transfusion and treatment process. Conclusion： The introduction of Sodium citrate successfully solved the conun- drum, discrepancies between forward and reverse grouping caused by nonspecific aggregation. This approach might be as easy to use as conventional blood typing methods, hence worthy of further refinement and wider adoption.
