摘 要:目的:探讨葡萄球菌临床分布特点及耐药情况,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法:分析701株葡萄球菌分布和耐药性。结果:分离出病原菌2 480株,葡萄球菌701株,占病原菌28.26%,凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(CNS)检出率为87.73%。所有葡萄球菌对利奈唑胺和万古霉素耐药率为0,呋喃坦啶、辛内吉的耐药率小于9%,青霉素、红霉素的耐药率均大于78%,分析除呋喃坦啶,辛内吉外,耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌耐药率高于非耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌耐药率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:葡萄球菌感染比较普遍,对常用抗菌药物耐药且存在多重耐药性,应引起医护人员重视,加强葡萄球菌监测,根据药敏结果合理选用抗菌药物。Objective:To study the distribution and drug resistance of Staphylococcus aureus in a hospital, and provide the basis for clinical rational use of antimicrobial agents. Method: In 2012, 701 strains of staphylococcus aureus had been detected from the hospital, the distribution and drug resistance of staphylococcus aureus were retrospectively statistically analyzed. Result: Of 2 480 strains pathogenic bacteria isolated in this year, 701 strains were staphylococcus aureus, accounting for 28.26 % of pathogenic bacteria, and the detection rate of coagulase negative staphylococcus (CNS) was 87.73%. The resistant rate of all the staphylococcus aureus to vancomycin and Linezolid was 0%, the resistant rate to rina thiazole amine and furan organism were less than 9%, the resistant rate to penicillin and erythromycin were greater than 78%. The drug resistance of methicillin-resistant staphylococcus is significantly higher than that of non methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus. Conclusion.. Staphylococcus aureus infection is common to commonly use antimicrobial resistance and multiple antibiotic, which should be paid attention to by medical staff, and the staphylococcus aureus surveillance should be strengthen. Antimicrobial agents should be used rationally according to the result of drug susceptibility.
