摘 要:目的:评析实施业务流程重组(BPR)对提高检验科工作效率的作用。方法:分别统计实施BPR前后各6个月内的检验科各种工作指标,以总的工作量为基数,对不合格标本率、信息反馈比率、投诉比率等指标进行对比分析。结果:与实施BPR前后6个月相比较:工作量增加,差错率和信息反馈率明显减少,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),投诉数量减少,满意度增加,实施BPR后工作效率明显高于实施前。结论:实施BPR对减少差错率和信息反馈率有一定作用,提高了工作效率,并能减少因差错而带来的各种风险及法律纠纷,应定期进行工作流程重组。Objective:To analyze the efficiency of clinical laboratory implementation of business process reengineering(BPR) for improving the work efficiency. Method: Some clinical laboratory indexes were used for statistics before and after the implementation of BPR respectively each 6 months. We analyzed and compared the unqualified rate of specimens, information feedback ratio, complaint ratios and the other indexes. Result:In six months before and after the implementation of BPR, the workload had increased, the error rate and information rate decreased significantly (P〈0.01), the decrease in the number of complaints, satisfaction increased. Efficiency was significantly improved after the implementation of BPR. Conclusion:The implementation of BPR had great significance to reduce error rate and information feedback ratio, and could reduce the various risks and legal disputes arising due to error. It should conduct regular workflow restructuring.
