慢性嗜酸性粒细胞白血病并发心脏瓣膜病变1例

摘　　要：男,24岁,2008年因乏力、发热,查血常规：WBC 15.2×10^9/L,Hb 116g/L,PLT 189×10^9/L,嗜酸性粒细胞为22%。患者未到过疫区,无生食鱼虾史,经检查排除寄生虫病,既往无过敏性疾病史。当地疑诊为“嗜酸性粒细胞增多,慢性粒细胞性白血病”,给予“羟基脲,甲强龙”治疗,白细胞及嗜酸粒细胞下降,后自行停药。2011年9月,因乏力加重伴间断发热来我院,体检：Eosinophils are elevated largely which leads to the chronic eosinophilic leukemia, and muhiple organ of the body are invaded by eosinophil. Some common causes including pruritus, nervous system, respiratory system and urinary system diseases, and myocardial lesions are severe complications. We will introduce a patient with chronic eosinophilic leukemia combined with heart valve disease.
