类B抗原致血型鉴定困难2例

摘　　要：我站最近发现1例孕妇及1例献血员其红细胞上有类B抗原造成血型鉴定困难,报告如下。1病例资料例1孕妇,29岁,第2胎,孕20周,自述无流产及输血史。因常规产前检查就诊我市妇幼保健院,临床未能确定其ABO血型,故来鉴定。经调查孕妇9年前第1次妊娠时检测为AB型血,然而其丈夫为O型血,女儿为O型血,其女儿与母亲的AB型不符合遗传规律。Class B antigen brings serious interference to identification of blood type and cross matching. It is essential that comprehensively ABO positive and negative type, antibody screening, identification, and cross matching test, in order to ensure the safety of blood transfusion, and to avoid hemolytic transfusion reaction caused by class B antigen. It is great importance to discharge B antigen when the positive and negative AB blood type does not match.
