摘　　要：工程造价管理是一项融合了工程技术与工程经济的系统工程,应加强项目内各合同之间本应具有的有机联系,特别是造价管理信息的及时反馈。本文从工程审价的角度出发,反思工程造价管理与控制的关键环节,提出在全局视野下对工程造价进行有效管理。The engineering cost management is a system engineering integration of engineering technology and economy. The organic connection between each contract of projects should be strengthened, especially timely feedback of cost management information. In this paper, starting from project cost examination, the key link of engineering cost management and control are reflected and the effective management of project cost is proposed under the holistic vision.
