外资企业分类管理的实证分析

摘　　要：文章以山东省日照市为例,并推及其周边沿海城市,通过调研样本城市的外资企业保有量、实际使用外资金额等内容并借助ABC分析方法,得出各级政府及相关部门对外资企业的管理可按ABC分类法进行,区分企业类别,按行业特征、企业立法、文化管理、人才管理、沟通管理等方面进行分类管理的结论。Taking Rizhao Shandong province as an example and pushing the surrounding coastal cities, through the research of the inventory of foreign-funded enterprises and the actually utilized amount of foreign capital of the sample city and by using ABC analysis method, this paper reaches the conclusion that governments at all levels and the relevant departments can manage the foreign-funded enterprises by ABC classification method, distinguishing the enterprise category, and conduct the classification management by the industry features, enterprise legislation, culture management, talent management, and communication management.
