摘　　要：档案管理的数字化,是指在国家档案建设管理部门的统一规划和组织下,在档案管理的活动中全面应用现代信息技术,对档案信息资源进行数字化管理和提供利用。双层PDF技术可以将档案馆现有的纸质档案转化为数字档案,方便档案存储和用户查找。Digitization of file management is to widely apply the modem information technology to the file management activities and conduct digitization management and utilization of the file information sources under the plan and organization of the state file construction and management department. Double layers PDF technology can translate the existing paper files in the archives into digital files, which is easy for file storage and user lookup.
