摘　　要：近几年公办院校和民办院校的竞争更加激烈,民办本科高校学生流失成为困扰学校发展的重大问题,因此对民办本科高校学生流失问题做深入剖析、研究,提出切实可行的的理论和解决方法尤为必要,既是深入贯彻十八届三中全会民办教育改革的精神也是作为一名民办高校教育工作者的责任。The competition between the public colleges and private colleges has been more fierce in recent years, the loss of students has become a major problem plaguing the development of the private undergraduate colleges, therefore, it is necessary to analyze the problem of the loss of students in private undergraduate colleges in-depth and propose practical theory and solution, which is not only the implementation of the private education reform spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee, but also is the responsibility of private college educators.
